An initial consultation in order to establish your company requirements and to discuss other important issues such as financing, location and publicising the service. Then we develop a tailor-made programme to suit your identified individual requirements, involving any or all of the following:

  • Training and coaching in stress management and other related skills
  • Critical incident stress debriefing.
